Yard and Garden Evaluations The TCRCD is now offering yard and garden evaluations. Through the Sierra Nevada Alliance the TCRCD has a grant for home owners on Tehama’s East side. Our new service will provide a variety of information that can help your yard establish and maintain a healthy connection to the natural environment.
