Water-Wise Landscaping Workshop RED BLUFF – Spring is almost here and with the warmer weather comes the need to water your yard. The Tehama County Resource Conservation District (TCRCD) is offering a free workshop, “Water-Wise Landscaping”, to be held on Saturday, March 13. The workshop is open to everyone and will be held at the Tehama District Fairgrounds, Jr. Art Building, from 9A.M. to 1P.M. This is the second in a series of three workshops on gardening, landscaping, and creating defensible space from wildfire around your home.
